There are a number of layouts for tenants to choose from, with 3 main types, Type A, B and C. With built-ups ranging from 876 to 2,529 sf.

With the amount of space provided, plus the number of rooms that each layout fits, which averages 3 rooms in each, the service apartment will also be able to fit medium to large sized families, especially its Type C layout units. Type C units have a built-up that starts from 1,840 sf onwards, with its larger units being the Type C(a)1 and C(a)2 units, having 3 bedrooms, 1 utility room, 4 bathrooms and a powder room.
