Glomac Damansara Residences is a serviced apartment located right at the outskirts of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, off Jalan Damansara. The serviced residence consists of 356 units, shared between 2 towers. There are a number of layouts for tenants to choose from, with 3 main types, Type A, B and C. With built-ups ranging from 876 to 2,529 sf.
With the amount of space provided, plus the number of rooms that each layout fits, which averages 3 rooms in each, the service apartment will also be able to fit medium to large sized families, especially its Type C layout units. Type C units have a built-up that starts from 1,840 sf onwards, with its larger units being the Type C(a)1 and C(a)2 units, having 3 bedrooms, 1 utility room, 4 bathrooms and a powder room.
Glomac Damansara Residences also hold a number of facilities to ease tenants during their time in here. There are 2 landscaped gardens, topped with a waterfall, to bring nature into the concrete jungle that residents are living with.
