GreensVille, the fifth phase of Semenyih Mewah, comprises 40 units of 2- and 3-storey semi-detached houses, expected to be completed by December 2017. The development offers a balance between living within easy reach of urban conveniences, yet being immersed in a natural environment in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur with abundant greenery and open spaces.

Thanks to its suburban location, the houses are designed to be delightfully spacious for their type, well suited for medium or large-sized families. As GreensVille is located in the residential neighbourhood of Semenyih Mewah, it is near to matured townships like Semenyih and Kajang. Thus, it has great accessibility to the network of major routes that lead to other towns, cities and even states in Malaysia, including the Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (LEKAS), the Grand Saga Highway (also known as the Cheras-Kajang Expressway or CKE) and the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK).

Semenyih Mewah is also near to hypermarkets like Giant and Econsave, the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Kajang Hospital, clinics, public primary and secondary schools, banks and convenience stores, as well as a sports centre and wet market in Semenyih.
