Hampton Damansara is located between the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) Penchala Toll Plaza and Country Heights Damansara. Planned for development are two tower blocks containing 700 serviced apartment units by Mayland Supreme, part of the Malaysia Land Properties group of companies, and is slated for completion in 2020.

Hampton Damansara serviced apartment units offer built-up areas of between 915 sf to 2,009 sf and eight types of apartment configurations. Types A and B have two bedrooms and total apartment areas of slightly under 1,000 sf. Types C through F have built-ups between 1,351 and 1,988 sf and have either 3+1 or 4+1 bedrooms. Type G and H both occupy 2,009 sf, with G having 3+1 bedrooms and H having 4+1.

With 10.5 ft high ceilings, the units at Hampton Damansara exhibit a spacious feel. All serviced apartment units at Hampton Damansara are semi-furnished and include household electronic items such as air conditioning units, refrigerators, washers and dryers, and kitchen cabinets. Smaller units come with one parking bay while larger ones have two, they are expected to provide charging stations for hybrid cars too. Mayland also plans on providing residents with shuttle service to the nearby MRT station and shopping malls in the area.

A number of proposed facilities are planned for residents at Hampton Damansara, these include a forest amphitheatre, a series of salt-water themed pools, playground and sauna. Various kinds of indoor and outdoor gymnasiums and sports facilities such as basketball court and indoor simulation golf course are also proposed.

By car, Hampton Damansara is less than five minutes away from the ambitious Empire City and 15-minutes away from Ikea, Tesco Mutiara Damansara and The Curve. The developer assures interested buyers that noise pollution from the nearby LDP would be kept to a minimum through insulated windows and sliding glass doors.
