Happy Mansion is truly a place that makes people happy. Aside from being an affordable home that is well-loved by many for its centrality and good maintenance, it also hosts Food Foundry on the Ground Floor of Block B, a restaurant that is purported to serve the best Mille Crepe Cakes in town.

Due to many students staying in the area, traffic might be a bit congested but still a nice place to hang around, especially Block C there is a famous Chinese roast chicken coffee shop that I would highly recommend to you.
