Icon Residenz is one of the many anticipated residential developments located just off the Federal Highway and Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong in Petaling Jaya. It is part of a massive development which will include retail lots, office buildings and serviced apartments, whereby Icon Residenz is just one of them.
Icon Residenz consists of two towers, of which the first tower is literally called Tower 1, and second tower is named Creative Tower and is hence commonly referred to as Icon Residenz Creative Tower. The selling point of this second tower is that while the first tower was sold unfurnished, the second tower will come with an option of being fully furnished.
The ‘creative’ in Creative Tower comes from buyers being able to select the orientation of their unit whether they wish to face north, south, east or west. And as they will also have the option of purchasing a partially or fully furnished unit, they will also have a say on what furnishings they wish to have ready in their new home when they move in, or they can just opt for the fully furnished option.

The price of an unfurnished unit at Icon Residenz starts from approximately RM588,000, while the price of a partial or fully furnished unit differs based entirely the the selections of the buyer.
Residents of Icon Residenz will enjoy proximity to Kelana Jaya, Subang and Petaling Jaya, where the two former ones are within a less than 5-minute drive in clear traffic. Residents will hence be able to take advantage the excellent range of amenities in all three areas, from healthcare centres to education institutions.
With Icon City destined to be what property speculators are already calling the second Mid Valley Megamall, residents of Icon Residenz will also have a complete range of amenities and facilities within short walking distance from home.
