Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah also connects the property to the Penang International Airport, Teluk Kumbar, the first Penang bridge, as well as Georgetown. The Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway also provides an alternative route to Georgetown and the two bridges.

Given its location and mid-range price, Idaman Iris is a suitable residence for those working in Bayan Lepas and even for investors looking to buy a property with potentially stable rental yields, given that the demand to live near Bayan Lepas will constantly be there.
