Ideal Regency is a high rise development located in Bukit Gambier, Penang, featuring a unique semi-detached concept in the sky with a scenic sea view. Also known as I-Regency or i-Regency, the development offers luxurious resort-style facilities and high-quality branded materials were used in the construction of the units. However, with the large number of units bearing only two parking bays each, there is a concern that the number of parking bays provided may not be enough and that some residents may end up parking their cars on the side of the main road.
