Ideal Vision Park is located in the vicinity of Sungai Ara, Penang. This mixed development on freehold land will be launched in phases over a five-year period and is undertaken by the developer, Ideal Property.
As planned, Ideal Vision Park would consist of 80% residential properties and the rest would be allocated for commercial developments. The remaining phases have yet to be announced.
However, it is determined that Tree Sparina and SummerSkye Residences would be the first phase of the residential units. Once completed, it is also estimated that Ideal Vision Park would have a total of 550,000 sf of commercial space.
Ideal Vision Park will adopt a laid back concept, which aims to promote sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, healthy living as well as the preservation of traditional trades and delicacies. This will contribute toward an improved quality of living for its residents. To add, there are also plans to introduce an international school within the 25 acres of land for the convenience of the residents.
However, location is not much of a strong point for Ideal Vision Park as it is located very near to the Penang International Airport, but not the town. At the moment, basic amenities can only be found in the township of Bayan Lepas, which is approximately 2.5 km away from the development.
Nevertheless, the nearest shopping complexes are located in Bayan Baru which includes a Giant hypermarket, Sunshine Square and Queensbay Mall. Meanwhile, the nearest hospital from Ideal Vision Park is Hospital Pantai Mutiara, and nearby educational institutions only includes SK Bayan Lepas. Other schools located in the town of Bayan Lepas are the Straits International School, and INTI International College Penang.
Accessibility wise, the location is good as there is Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. That being said, the latter has a tendency to see a lot more standstill traffic during peak hours. The Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway is also accessible to the development.
