Indahpura Industrial Park is an industrial zone located in Kulai, Johor. The area consists of 111 detached factory units, with a built-up ranging from 13,950 sf onwards.
There are 3 factory layouts available, namely Type A, B and C. Types A and B have almost similar layouts, while Type C is larger at 25,000 sf, built-to-suit the nature of the business carried out by the owner. The North-South Highway (NSE) can also be reached from Indahpura Industrial Park, this highway connects to other parts of Johor, hence it is pretty clear that logistic matters would not be an issue.
