However, there are a few negative aspects to IOI Boulevard. The price per commercial unit for IOI Boulevard has been priced higher than average, resulting in several disinterested businesses and investors. Puchong is also known for its bad traffic, and the more popular IOI Boulevard is, the worse traffic will become, especially during peak hours. It may be expensive, but it is unique and remains a good place for investment.
