Ipoh Premier City is a township in Ipoh situated an equal distance between the Ipoh city centre and Bandar Meru Raya. Its gated and guarded first phase was launched in 2014 with six types of homes.

These types include the 24’ by 70’ Abel townhouses, the Bethel and Canaan 2-storey superlink homes that are 24’ by 60’ and 28’ by 75’ respectively, the 45’ by 55’ 2-storey cluster semi-detached Dan homes, the 40’ by 80’ 2-storey semi-detached Eve homes, and the largest of the lot, the 70’ by 90’ 2.5-storey Felizna bungalows. The townhouses and Bethel superlink homes are built facing a linear park.

In 2016, a new clubhouse was officiated, providing residents with facilities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court, multipurpose hall, AV room, pool-side function area and barbecue pit. Other landscape features include a playground and a riverside park with a jogging path, which runs alongside Sungai Pari, for lovely views when exercising.

The flagship project for its developers, every aspect of Ipoh Premier City is well-considered to present a high quality debut product to its potential buyers and investors. It has also gotten positive publicity due to the construction of the Ipoh Premier City-Sungai Pari Bridge, connecting motorists from suburbs like Pari Garden and Merdeka Garden on one side of the river with Gugusan Manjoi on the other. The original bridge was destroyed in a 2012 flood.

In 2016, the developer officially began collaborating with Telekom Bhd to work on a high-speed fibre-optic telecommunications system. This system will be incorporated into the houses at the Ipoh Premier City to enhance the residents’ living experience.

Location-wise, the development is situated near to amenities and facilities like petrol stations, fast food joints and restaurants. Residents can pick their school of choice from public and private educational institutions like SMJK Yuk Choy, St. Michael’s Institution Ipoh and the Ipoh campus of Tenby International School.

Within a radius of 7km, there are also several governmental buildings like the State Registration Department of Meru and the Ipoh City Council, transport hubs like the Amanjaya bus and taxi terminal and the Ipoh Railway Station, and shopping malls like AEON Klebang, AEON Kinta City, Tesco Ipoh, Tesco Extra Bercham, Mydin Mall, Econsave and Ipoh Parade. The nearest hospital is the Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun in the Ipoh city centre.
