Situated off Jalan Sungai Long, Iris Residence is reachable to and from the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), which connects the property to Seri Kembangan westwards. The Cheras-Kajang Expressway is also accessible, where up northwest is Cheras and KL. Other routes of connectivity which can be reached from the development include the BESRAYA Expressway (Sungai Besi Highway), the North-South Expressway (NSE), and the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway.
