Isle of Aroma is a residential neighbourhood of homey terraces in Sungai Ara, Penang. Completed in 2009, the homes are situated within its own gated and guarded community. Isle of Aroma is a part of an extensive residential development, with other phases, namely Isle of Life, Isle of Palm, Isle of Conifers, Isle of Views and Isle of Discovery.

The neighbourhood is made up of 3-storey link homes, where there are 5 types of homes within Isle of Aroma. These variants are made up of the Angelica, Jasmine, Lavender, Rosemary and Plumeria types. Rosemary homes are sized at 2,177 sf, followed by Jasmine units at 2,192 sf. The Plumeria type terraces are slightly larger, at 2,666 sf. All 3 types have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Though details of the Angelica and Lavender types are unknown, they are also expected to be no less spacious as the other variants.

The freehold homes at Isle of Aroma are priced on the higher end, with the Rosemary type being launched at RM708,800. The Jasmine units follow at RM718,800 while the Plumeria homes were priced at RM798,800. Thanks to their spacious size, freehold tenure and location within a gated and guarded community, the homes have seen tremendous appreciation, with subsale prices on the market starting from RM1.06 million.

Isle of Aroma is a neighbourhood designed for family living, with a children’s playground offered to residents. Apart from that, there is also a jogging track while 24-hour security is provided as well. To add, the development is also within convenient reach of a number of schools nearby, such as the Fairview International School, the Straits International School, Seri Relau National School, SMK Sungai Ara, SRJK (C) Chong Cheng, and SK Mutiara Perdana. There are also a number of commercial hubs in the area, where convenience stores, eateries and more can be found, along with a Giant hypermarket in the Bayan Baru town close by. The popular Queensbay Mall is also a little over 15 minutes away.

Isle of Aroma enjoys easy connectivity to and from other parts of the island. Main roads within proximity of the residence include Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim and Jalan Tun Dr. Awang. These 2 routes lead directly to the town of Bayan Baru while also linking to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. With key access routes nearby, the homes are mere minutes to Bayan Lepas and under 5 minutes from Bayan Baru. The second Penang bridge is also about 15 minutes away while the first Penang bridge is approximately a 20-minute drive from the neighbourhood. Georgetown on the other hand, is further up north along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah or the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, about 30 minutes from the neighbourhood.
