The main bus terminal of Penang is also only 1km away.

Naturally, traffic congestion can be an issue in the areas surrounding Ixora Heights. Nevertheless, this is to be expected with the area’s good connectivity to other places in the island. Ultimately, the Ixora Height’s convenient location and peaceful immediate surroundings still make the condominium a satisfactory place to live in, especially for residents working in the Bayan Lepas or Batu Maung area.
