Situated in the heart of Georgetown, Jesselton Villas is closely connected to shopping malls like The Midlands One Stop, as well as several schools like Union High School, SMK Padang Polo and St Christopher’s International School.

Other amenities nearby include the Penang General Hospital, the Pulau Tikus market, a number of restaurants, eateries, commercial hubs and hotels.

Jesselton Villas will have 2 ways of access, Jalan Brook and Jalan Batu Gantung. The latter road is much lighter when it comes to traffic. To add, residents are connected to Georgetown, which is only an 8 minutes’ drive away. Besides that, it will take the same duration to reach Gurney Drive and 10 minutes to the first Penang bridge.

Public transportation is not available in the estate due to its secluded and gated condition. The nearest bus stop is 20 minutes away by foot.
