K Boulevard is a mid rise medium density condominium located within the rapidly developing township of Puchong. K Boulevard used to be one of the empty blocks of Koi Tropika and was renamed to K Boulevard.
Although it shares the same entrance as Koi Tropika, it runs under a different management system. There has been mixed reviews about this K Boulevard. Some of the tenants feel that it is an acceptable and comfortable residential area while others do not share the same view and feel that security here is rather lax.
