Located within the heart of town, these homes are close to a wide array of amenities. As such, the prices of these homes in the market are on the high side.
While deemed to be decent homes, Kenanga Apartment unfortunately has cases of break-ins in the past and there have also been complaints of non-residents utilising the apartment’s swimming pool. Many of the apartment’s facilities have also been reported to be in bad condition.
