Even though Kepong Baru has real great accessibility to either KL City or PJ area, there has been significant drop in pricing for landed property, this is due to the leasehold title that has about 40 some years left.

sell really fast, however there are more signs of landed property that has not been sold for more than a year.
This some how has catered to the high crime rate in this area, plans to secure the neighbourhood has been proven difficult since there are many entrance and exit into Kepong Baru.
Traffic is moderate and usually it is quite jammed only on Sundays due to the night market. Also, most of the landed property are with freehold status, only few unlucky ones.
However, with few shopping malls and super market around the corner, it really is a great place to live and play.

Quite jam during peak hours. Around this area, there are a lot of shop lots and restaurants which makes life quite convenience. Although there is no guard, but still quite safety until now. It is a Chinese area.
