KiPark Puchong is a small and chic neighbourhood of upscale semi-detached homes located in Puchong, within minutes of Cyberjaya. Not to be mistaken with another residential hub of the same name in Selayang, KiPark Puchong has an active Facebook group where the community often updates each other on residential issues.

These beautiful homes of very large built-ups that were targeted towards the upmarket does not fare well in the market, due to its out-of-the-way location. Other concerns from potential buyers include foreign students staying in the neighbourhood due to its proximity to a number of universities, while there are also rumours of floods which affects the neighbourhood during heavy rains.
