Kondominium 8, located in Ampang, is an attractive and prestigious mid-rise serviced residence of outstanding standards in the exclusive enclave of Ampang Hilir, under the brand name of Lanson Place.

Located on what is affectionately called the Embassy Row in Ampang, Kondominium 8 is situated just next to the expat-targeted Hock Choon Supermarket which carries a wide variety of imported goods, and is just opposite AmpWalk which hosts a variety of restaurants.

With its very low density and tropical themed swimming pool, Kondominium 8 is a favourite amongst expats looking to stay in Malaysia, especially as it is within short driving distance of the majority of the embassies in Kuala Lumpur.

Some of the complaints voiced by those who have tenanted Kondominium 8 before is that the car park is on the dark and small side, while the kitchen space is insufficient. Others have also voiced that some of the unit’s interiors are on the old and tired side, while others comment that the main road serving the residence is heavily congested during peak hours.
