Kristal Villa is one of the newer condominiums in the town of Kajang. It is conveniently located with easy access to the PLUS Highway, the SILK Highway and the town of Kajang. There are numerous educational institutions nearby inclusive of tertiary education centres which include the German Malaysian Institute and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (Uniten). There are also many hypermarkets in the area with Giant located 10 minutes away and Tesco at 10 minutes.
Although Kristal Villa is now touted to be a resort condominium development, it was actually once an abandoned project known as Kajang Villa. It was supposed to be completed in the year 2004, but was left abandoned for approximately 10 years before finally being declared as ‘abandoned’ on 16th May 2011. Causing the original purchasers much anguish, Kristal Villa a.k.a. Kajang Villa was finally completed in the year 2015.
