Lagoon Perdana is high density apartment located in Bandar Sunway which caters to those from the lower middle income group.

Lagoon Perdana has had a rather chilling history with a murder case in its books where it entails an assault case from a boyfriend who murdered his girlfriend. In addition to the murder, the community has reported break-ins and car thefts. The majority of residents here are comprised of foreign labourers and students.

Nonetheless, this apartment sits within a strategic location where amenities are readily available, while traveling to other key areas of Klang Valley is a breeze.
