Lexa Residence @ The Quartz is one of the new developments coming up in the upcoming town of Wangsa Maju. The name of the of the development was inspired by a rare plant that is found only in this vicinity and no where else in the world, called llex Praetemissa. The development of Lexa Residence @ The Quartz is a product of the Beverly Group, whose track record includes the Marc Residence and 28 Boulevard; two equally as impressive projects.

Lexa Residence @ The Quartz will span a land area of 2.69 acres in a mixed development of 16.5 acres which will also include shops and offices. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of The Quartz is approximately RM1.6 million and will be built across five phases. The residential component, Lexa Residence, will consist of two towers of 28 and 30 storeys tall which will house a total of 460 units. Sizes of the homes at Lexa Residence @ The Quartz will start from 660 sf and house between two and four bedrooms with a starting launch price of RM420,000.

Built to be GBI compliant, Lexa Residence @ The Quartz will come partially furnished. There will be air-conditioners provided, as well as a fully fitted kitchen of built-in kitchen cabinets and hood and hob. Every unit will also come with a balcony that will overlook either a park, the city or the swimming pool. The bathrooms will also be furnished with water heaters for the comfort of residents.

Lexa Residence @ The Quartz will be a home that is easily accessible via major highways. Close to home within a stone’s throw will be the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE).
