Lexa Residence @ The Quartz is one of the new developments coming up in the upcoming town of Wangsa Maju. The name of the of the development was inspired by a rare plant that is found only in this vicinity and no where else in the world, called llex Praetemissa. The development of Lexa Residence @ The Quartz is a product of the Beverly Group, whose track record includes the Marc Residence and 28 Boulevard; two equally as impressive projects.
Lexa Residence @ The Quartz will span a land area of 2.69 acres in a mixed development of 16.5 acres which will also include shops and offices. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of The Quartz is approximately RM1.6 million and will be built across five phases.
