was actually built by 2 developers some years apart. This explains the different layouts. My personal favorite is the landscaping with the swimming pool in the middle, and the facilities block with Squash courts! Demographic wise, its a huge mix between locals and expatriates families. Definitely a place to live in, if one could afford the pricetag.
