M Oscar by Mah Sing Group Berhad is a serviced residence development sited on a 4.63-acre freehold land off Jalan Kuchai Lama. The development is accessible via Jalan 2/149 which connects to the Kuchai Lama interchange of Maju Expressway (MEX).
