Maisson is gorgeous moderate density high rise located in an area amongst the wealthy well-to-dos. Previously an abandoned project, Maisson was picked up by Newfields Property when Ara Damansara began to pick up in the property market. This development’s structure was then reinforced to battle against the elements for being abandoned for years, and construction once again continued.

Maisson is a very desirable development as it is located on the sole parcel of land still available in Ara Damansara amidst landed properties. Quiet neighborhood with great facilities. Traffic is smooth around the area. Security is well on the buildings entrance and on its block's entrance. The only negative is you have to drive 5 minutes out to grab any food.
