Living here for 10 months already. Nice place to stay but currently too many restaurant/mamak open, so hard to find parking.The water rate is commercial rate, so a bit expensive for families.

area is good & convenient, only drawback is the messy traffic which car parks all over the place, too many mamak & also students, can be noisy sometime, security just not tight enough

Not recommended. A lot of students and foreign workers, they din take care of public facilities, making noises, and security guard not strict too.
