Menara Public Bank 2 is a new corporate skyscraper built in a prime location of Kuala Lumpur. It is located along Jalan Raja Chulan, between Menara Weld and Menara Affin. Other landmark buildings nearby include Menara MIDF, Wisma Goldhill, Wisma MPL and Menara Ambank, just to name a few.

50% of this 40-storey tower is occupied by Public Bank Raja Chulan Branch and Public Mutual Head Office. The rest of space, specifically level 23 to 38, will be available for leasing. The built-up size for the lettable area starts from 4,911 sf. Parking wouldn't be a problem here as the building has 6 basement car park with 721 car parking bays and 124 motorcycle parking spaces. As for the building features, besides its fantastic views, it also comes complete with computer points, power points, fibre optic backbone cabling, under-floor air-conditioning system, raised floor system and is installed with double glazing low-emissivity glass for optimum heat and sound insulation. To add, the tower has a quadruple-volume grand lobby with luxury finishes to give its visitors that exquisite sense.

For safety measures, Menara Public Bank 2 provides a complete firefighting system, such as public announcement and sprinkler system, smoke control system, as well as staircase pressurization and smoke spill system for the office and basement car park. Although this building has dual entrances, visitors still have to go through its pedestrian gates system at the ground floor main lift lobby. To ensure tenants' peace of mind, this skyscraper offers 24-hour in-house security guards service and CCTV surveillance at all lift lobbies, staircases, car park and driveways.

In terms of accessibility, this commercial tower is easily accessible via Jalan P. Ramlee or Jalan Sultan Ismail, heading towards Jalan Raja Chulan. For those who prefer to commute via public transport, there is a bus and taxi stand right in front of the building. One can also walk to the nearest monorail station - Raja Chulan station, to avoid the hectic road traffic during peak hours.
