While located in the prime township of Bandar Menjalara and expected to be a good investment, what gets people talking about this development is its supposedly bad feng shui triangle shaped swimming pool which makes it look like water is flowing out, and the fact that it is placed directly in-between a Telekom tower and Telekom building which potential purchasers fear that they might be affected by radiation.

Residents also complain that the swimming pool has been vandalised before, which due to the highly incompetent security, many teenagers come in to swim in the pool as and when they please.

Nevertheless, from a glance the building looks to be a modern, contemporary and classily built condominium.
