Mizumi Residences is a lake-fronting development with an overall gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion, situated in Taman Usahawan, Kepong. The development lies on a 6-acre area of leasehold land with a view of Kepong’s 220-acre Metropolitan Lake.
Mizumi Residences consists of three condominium blocks of 42 storeys high, and are located within a stone’s throw from Jalan Kepong, which connects to MRR2. The Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), which is connected to Jalan Kepong, is another major highway that passes through the Kepong commercial and residential district, linking residents to Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Kuching, and the DUKE Highway. The MRR2 also leads to the Kepong-Selayang Highway.
Mizumi Residences offers a low entry cost for a home in the heart of Kepong. Due to the large number of people employed and staying in the Kepong township, location-wise, this makes it a prime place to own a property for own stay as there is a demand for such properties.
