N'Dira Townhouse is one of the 16 developments located in the esteemed and much anticipated township of 16 Sierra. It is a collection of townhouses within a gated and guarded community, that is surrounded by lush nature in the gardens of 16 Sierra.

As per 16 Sierra’s theme of 15 gardens and one Central Park where every section of the development has a dedicated themed garden, N'Dira Townhouse enjoys a Spring themed garden and also a Linear Garden.

The N'Dira Townhouse development was designed with spaciousness in mind with its 50 ft wide internal roads, which gives even more space and comfort for those residing within. The homes have a gross built-up of approximately 2,099 sf ranging up to 2,573 sf where every home comes with three bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

Despite being a townhouse, every home also comes with enough porch space for two parking lots. To enhance the security of the neighbourhood, the roads within N'Dira Townhouse are built with a cul-de-sac design, meaning that vehicles can only access the residential rows from one end of the road.

Built with a semi-detached design, every home at N'Dira Townhouse will come furnished with a home alarm system for added security. There will also be a balcony where residents can enjoy the scenery from, while the large glass windows provide ample natural lighting.

The north-south orientation ensures that the front and back of the homes are never faced with direct sunlight, hence N'Dira Townhouse will enjoy a cooling environment. Prices of these homes will start from RM709,920, a rather decent price for a spacious home.

There are no backyards for N’Dira homes. However, the back areas are made into Linear Gardens, these gardens are landscaped communal space that residents can take leisurely strolls with family members.

One thing to note for interested buyers of N’Dira Townhouse if you are considering the upper unit is, there will be a lot of stair steps that you would need to take on a daily basis - 3 floors of it. As such, they are not suitable for families with elderly members. Additionally, the process of carrying heavy shopping and groceries back home with those flight of stairs may become tiresome for some after sometime.

On a separate note, the homes here come with separate car porches and entrances, that is absolutely a plus point for those who appreciate an extra bit of privacy and separation between owners. With that being said, residents need not deal with shifting cars for one another on a shared driveway like how many other townhouse developments need to.

As one of the privileged developments within the well-planned 16 Sierra township, residents of N'Dira Townhouse will enjoy not only a peaceful ambience of serenity, but they will also have access to the resident Amigo Clubhouse.

Within the clubhouse there will be facilities to cater to all ages from the swimming pool to kid’s pool. Children will further enjoy the splashing fun at Amigo Clubhouse with the Kids Pool Slide and Tipping Bucket. Sports enthusiasts will also love the gymnasium and multipurpose hall that doubles as badminton courts.

Residents of N'Dira Townhouse will enjoy a central location with easy access to highways and main roads. Of the many highways close to home are the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX) and upcoming Serdang-Kinrara-Putrajaya Expressway (SKIP). With these highways, getting around to the major suburbs of Klang Valley is convenient and easy.
