Nadayu 801 @ Subang Murni is a leasehold high-rise development by Nadayu Properties Bhd. It is located in Subang 2, a neighbourhood in the developing town of Bandar Pinggiran Subang, adjacent to the major townships of Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara and Sungai Buloh.
The development is still under construction and is targeted to be completed in 2022. It comprises six blocks of 19-storey service apartments, spanning 8.8 acres of land. There are a total of 12 floors for the residential units, beginning from level 8 up to level 19.
In addition, Nadayu 801 features 18 retail shops to accommodate retail businesses, situated at the ground floor. Meanwhile, the facilities deck is located on the first floor. Car parking bays are available from level 2 up to level 7.
There are three residential unit types, Types A, B(3) and C(4). Type A comes with a built-up size of 1,033 sq ft, while Type C(4) has a built-up size of 1,151 sq ft.
The first phase of Type B(3) is currently open for registration. It has a total of 499 units with a built-up size of 1,079 sq ft, and selling prices starting from RM794,000 - or about RM735 psf. All unit types come with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Currently 70% of the units have been sold for Type B(3). Most of the buyers are from Klang Valley, and have purchased units for owner-occupation purposes, while others have bought for investment purposes.
Nadayu 801 offers an extensive range of sports and leisure facilities to fulfil different lifestyle needs, such as a swimming pool and wading pool, multipurpose hall with four badminton courts, two barbeque zones, a playground and double-volume ceiling gymnasium. For students seeking a quiet place to study or read, they can go up to the rooftop lounge area.
