fulfil the needs. Although it is mostly terraced house, but there are still basketball court, a BBQ area and also, a swimming pool! And I think the safety there is quite good as there is a guard house before getting in and using a high-tech method to scan your access card.

Its very high in hill top, cold & cool place. But only thing no restaurant, shops around. Very easy to use Lekas Highway to move to south.

it is a quiet place, suitable for own stay. Accessibility is a turning away from the main road. However, the traffic during pre-working and post working hours can be very congested.
