couple of more times, I also did notice how empty the shoplots are especially the ones facing inwards without vehicular traffic access. Really a reminder of how important roads are to shoplots performances. Last I checked, the corner shops in the inside are taken up by F&B, while a few non-groundfloor units are either taken up by offices or, used as workers hostel. Now, come to think about it, KKL probably did the right thing to rent the basement carpark. Ain't so strange anymore.
