OBD Garden Tower is a high rise development surrounded by lush greenery and is located in Taman Desa. OBD Garden Tower was initially developed by a Japanese developer, and as a result, there is a big Japanese community of residents here. Also evident is the Japanese international school, Japanese restaurants, and a Japanese mini market to cater to the many Japanese expatriates here as well as those from other countries.

The OBD Garden Tower is seen as the best value for money due to the quality of its construction and maintenance, a relatively low price for a large-sized development, as well as its central location. Residents of OBD Garden Tower can enjoy mesmerising views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre skyline and the Taman Desa neighbourhood. The environment here is also much better and cleaner than most parts of Klang Valley.
