One Residence in Sungai Ara is a 100-acre partially gated and guarded residential development with 4 landed properties completed in 2012 to 2014 — Tree Residency (link duplexes and twin villas), Dua Villas (2-storey traditional courtyard terraces), Ideal Haus (2-storey garden terraces), and Sathu Terraces (2-storey courtyard terraces) — and two high-rise properties, the Solaria Residences launched in 2013, and Fiera Vista, completed in 2014.
