Pandan Perdana is a major district in Pandan Indah, located within minutes of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. It hosts a number of newer commercial districts, and a variety of landed properties catering to the middle and upper middle income bracket as well. With its easy access to many highways, the prices of property here are expected to appreciate. Petty criminal activities are however an issue, along with traffic congestion which is the norm in the area.
