On the other hand, dampening the appeal of Parc Ville is the fact that it is located off Jalan Pipit which is known to be a standstill traffic gridlock during peak hours, as Jalan Pipit is a cul-de-sac road that leads to several other condominiums. There is also no public transport in this area, and there are none in the plans either. Residents of Parc Ville who have flexi timing at work will however love this location with its proximity to everything.
