Pepper Estate is a residential neighbourhood located in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. The housing estate perched on hilly terrain is one of the few neighbourhoods, including Fettes Park and Hong Seng Estate, of landed properties which were developed in the past before towering condominium residences began changing the skyline of Tanjung Tokong.
Most homes within the neighbourhood of Pepper Estate are double-storey terraces. The houses have a minimum built-up size of 1,500 sf and a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout. Terraces at Pepper Estate are sold at sub sale prices of around RM800,000.
Amenities within the surrounding region of Pepper Estate are numerous given that the neighbourhoods and commercial hubs around the area have been established for some time. Conveniences such as banks, mini markets, eateries and so on are just a few minutes’ drive away while TESCO Seri Tanjung Pinang and Straits Quay Marina Mall are about 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away.
Jalan Fettes is the main road which connects Pepper Estate to other parts of the island. The road links to other main roads such as Jalan Mount Erskine, Jalan Tanjung Tokong, Jalan Burma and Jalan Kelawai, which lead to Gurney Drive and Georgetown. Tanjung Bungah ad Batu Ferringhi are also about 20 minutes away.
