Despite being located above a mall which means easy access to facilities and amenities for residents, there have been complaints of noise and air pollution as Perdana Exclusive is situated next to the Perdana Business Centre, resulting in a congestion of people and vehicles in area surrounding the property. Residents have also complained about the maintenance of the property as the walls of the lifts are vandalised and the lifts get jammed at least once a month.
