Perdana Residence 2 is a residential development located in Selayang, built by one of Malaysia’s top developers. While these homes were well planned and beautifully built, there were much problems with the development upon its completion. Residents complained that despite the handing over of keys after vacant possession, there was no water or electricity supply, and the fact that they were unable to conduct any renovations as the strata title had not been issued.
