Permai Puteri is the sister condominium to Permai Putera, located within minutes of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. While it is said that the maintenance of this condominium is good, there have been observers who mention that the swimming pool has a tendency to get dirty very quickly due to children who swim in it fully clothed.

The density of this condominium is also on the high side, but this has not stopped the prices of this condominium from rising over the years due to its central location and its popularity amongst the lower income group.
