Facilities-wise, Pine Park does not disappoint. Security is a priority, with perimeter fencing and CCTV cameras installed. The development is guarded 24 hours, and all its houses are equipped with a security alarm system.

As part of Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, the development’s residents will have use of The Centro, a clubhouse opened in 2011 with recreational amenities like a 25-metre swimming pool, a wading pool, driving range, gymnasium and tennis court. Residents can also frequent the cafe and golf equipment shop, or participate in one of the sports and fitness lessons held regularly at the clubhouse.

Several schools, SJK (C) Poi Lam, SMJK (C) Poi Lam and SK Klebang Jaya, have been built within Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, for the convenience of its residents. The nearest primary and secondary level international school to Pine Park is the Tenby Schools Ipoh, about 12km away.

Nevertheless, Pine Park is more suited for those who would prefer a slower pace of life, as it is not very near to the Ipoh city centre, where other major tertiary educational institutions and hospitals are situated, about 15km or 30 minutes from the development.

Shops, fast food outlets, and malls a short drive away like Econsave and AEON Mall Klebang will provide most basic necessities, while banks, other eateries and more amenities are available in the town of Chemor, less than 10 minutes away via the trunk road of Jalan Kuala Kangsar, which is a part of Federal Route 1. The trunk road also leads to other states in western Peninsular Malaysia.
