Puncak Perdana is a small residential enclave in Shah Alam, named so for its location on elevated land. The houses in this enclave are targeted towards those of the middle income bracket, and comes with aesthetically pleasing designs and reasonably spacious built-ups.

Combined with its excellent location which comes with easy access to highways, Puncak Perdana was perceived by many to be an excellent investment as the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) is located within a stone’s throw of the development.

Further boosting the hopes of property speculators is that there are a couple of upcoming developments in the area, which it is hoped will further boost the value of the properties in Puncak Perdana.
