Puteri 6 is a residential area located in Puchong which has a relatively high crime rate, where several steps taken by the residents of Puteri 6 to curb this problem were highlighted in The Star newspaper.
One of the most effective safety measures taken was to have a joint patrol with associations from the other residential areas under the “Puteri” brand, and communicate through walkie-talkies to disseminate information; which is in turn monitored by the Bandar Puteri Puchong police stations.
