Putra One Residence is a towering 29-storey freehold residence located in the suburbs of Bukit Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh. Generally, it can be considered as a low-density property, as in total there are just over 160 units.
Two layout options are available, one with a balcony and one without. Each unit measures about 1,100 sf, and comes with 3+1 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bathroom attached to the master bedroom and the second bathroom shared by the two bedrooms and other areas. While the living area is spacious, the dining area and kitchen do not get much direct sunlight.
The property offers the usual facilities like swimming and wading pools, a gymnasium, playground, barbecue area, reading room, multipurpose hall, reflexology path, sauna, meeting room and landscaped gardens. The development is also gated with perimeter fencing and guarded by 24-hour security.
Putra One Residence is positioned facing a main road in Bukit Rahman Putra, Persiaran Bukit Rahman Putra 1. On one hand, getting in and out of the development is easy, but on the other hand, residents might face some congestion especially at peak hours.
Just next to the development (a 2-minute walk away) is a Petronas petrol station, with a McDonald’s for quick meals as well as a CIMB ATM machine, while there is a 24-hour eatery on the ground floor of the property. Crossing the road, one can reach more eateries, mini marts, auto service shops, and even an animal clinic.
The nearest train station is 5km away, so it’s definitely more convenient to have your own transport if you live here, though there is the T101 feeder bus going between Bukit Rahman Putra and the Sungai Buloh MRT Station. For those who drive, getting here and to other surrounding areas is not difficult, via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), and the older main road of Jalan Kuala Selangor.
At the intersection between Persiaran Bukit Rahman Putra 1 and Jalan Kuala Selangor, one can also find SK and SMK Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, the private Putra Medical Centre Bukit Rahman Putra, shops, at least three different banks, and the rather run down The Store Sungai Buloh.
All in all, those who want a high-rise home nearby their workplace in the industrial areas of Sungai Buloh can check out Putra One Residence, but there might be more affordable options around.
