Radia Residences is a high rise property development located along Persiaran Singgahsana in Bukit Jelutong, in the heart of Shah Alam. It is a unique development which is set to change the landscapes of Bukit Jelutong with its futuristic designs that are nevertheless still going to blend into the landscapes of the neighbourhood’s.

Surrounded by lush landscapes, Radia Residences will consist of a shopping mall, street mall and serviced residences of low densities. The mall that is to be built was inspired by the vibrant promenades of Las Ramblas in Barcelona, hence Radia Residences will be set within an idyllic masterpiece where residents can immerse themselves in an European aspect of living.

Radia Residences is to be built atop the open air shopping mall which will mainly host F&B al fresco outlets for residents to fully enjoy the beatific landscaping of Radia Residences. The mall will be run by UEM Sunrise, the successful developer which also runs Publika. As such, residents will enjoy a quality lifestyle with exclusive retail tenants.

Although secluded in this peaceful hub of contentment, residents of Radia Residences will have the utmost convenient access to the New Klang Valley Expresswayw (NKVE) where they can get to Kota Damansara within a less than 20-minute drive. Access to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) is also convenient, linking residents to Rawang effectively while the ELITE Highway nearby provides convenient access to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Overlooking the large landed properties of dignitaries, Radia Residences will not be accessible via public transportation. Although investors may look at this as a bad point, home buyers love this as there will be lower chance of investors buying these homes and then renting them out to migrant factory workers within the Shah Alam area. 50% of Radia Residences is in fact said to be sold to families obtaining the homes for their children.

The lifestyle at Radia Residences will therefore be a laid-back and relaxed one with entertainment and necessities located within walking distance of home. Radia Residences does indeed offer a lifestyle which buyers are hard pressed to find nowadays in the busy cities of Kuala Lumpur.

A nice, quiet and cozy place to live in. Good for families. Visited the showroom since it's still under development and it was awesome! We'll see once it's completed in 2017 :)

    @imronaldsoo Haven't heard of the flood problem though. But I think in future due to the location that is quite near to Shah Alam industry area, there might be a number of office/industry units as well.

    @WanLing use to be flooded but now even the medium cost 3 storey terrace around Taman Sri Muda had rose up to 500 - 700k per unit ...

    If it's Kota Kemuning and Glenmarie area I don't mind. Nice area to live in and some of the houses there looks nice too. Not sure about Bukit Jelutong though, haven't been. Wouldn't that be a bit too 'outskirt-ish'?
