The neighbouring townships will be able to provide malls such as AEON Mall Seremban 2, and a number of restaurants, workshops, boutiques, offices and service centres.

The superlink homes can be easily reached via the North-South Highway (NSE) and Jalan Labu. Not only does the two access points allow easy travel around the state, residents will also be able to travel to other states, especially with the former being the arterial route throughout the Peninsula.
