The upper units take up the other 1.5 storeys and are slightly roomier at 2,419 sf with 3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Following that, the 4-storey units come in Type B1, B2 and B3 & B3A with each type taking up 2 stories of the 4. Lower units are overall, larger than those of the upper units, with Type B1 lower units sized at 2,658 sf with 3+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms while the upper units are at 2,419 sf with a 3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms layout. Type B2 lower units are 2,645 sf with 3+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upper B2 units are 2,446 sf in built-up area with 1 room and 1 bathroom less than the B2 lower units. Type B3 & B3A lower units are sized at 2,643 sf with a 3+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms layout while upper units are just a little more snug at 2,446 sf with 3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All units have a porch large enough for 2 cars, apart from Type A2 and Type B2 lower units, which can fit 4 cars.

Semi-detached units on the other hand are much more expansive than townhouse units, with a built-up space of 3,931 sf with a note-worthy 5+2 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms layout as well as a porch which can fit up to 3 cars. In addition, the units are also equipped with a state of the art rainwater harvesting system.

A myriad of amenities are within reach of Ridgefield Residences, such as educational institutions, namely the Rafflesia International School, the German Malaysian Institute and the University of Nottingham. The Kajang KTM/MRT station is also nearby. Retail outlets such as a Giant Supermarket, Plaza Metro Kajang and a Billion Supermarket are also within minutes of the residences. The Bangi Golf Club is also conveniently close while the Kajang Hospital is the nearest medical centre should there be a need for any serious medical attention.

Within the proximities of the neighbourhood lies a network of major roads and highways enabling residents to be a mere 20 minutes away from the Kajang town centre, 30 minutes from Putrajaya and Seri Kembangan, and within an hour’s drive of Petaling Jaya and the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Major highways close by are the Kajang-Seremban Highway and the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK).

Although the location may seem far for those working in the Klang Valley and KL city, it is worth noting that there are not many developments within the city which can still offer spacious homes surrounded by greenery at reasonable prices beginning from RM673,000 to RM1,331,200. Hence, the travelling may be just a slight compromise for what can be a home or an investment which can only appreciate in value as the Semenyih area continues to mature.
